Why We’re the Perfect Place to Socialize… From a Distance

COVID 19 - How We’re Making Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery a Safe Place to Come and Un-WINEd 2024 November

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable during this time, and we believe we have a great environment to get out and enjoy oneself while socially distancing. Our winery is located on a sprawling farm, which includes a large field adjacent to the vineyard. We encourage our guests to bring their own lawn chairs and tents, and set up your own comfortable seating area in the field. This is a perfect setting to enjoy some delicious wine with the company of friends and family, all while remaining socially distant from other groups. In addition to the surplus of space in our field, we also have seating available on our patio.

Every weekend, we have food trucks and musicians! The food trucks are a perfect way to get some delicious grub, without having to worry about going into a crowded restaurant or food venue. Take your meal to your seat in the field and enjoy while listening to our live music. Don’t forget to check out our Food Truck Feature blogs, where we incorporate wine pairing with one the week’s scheduled food truck.

Looking for the full wine experience? We are currently offering tastings in our coop! This is a change from the way we did tastings pre-COVID, which happened in our tasting room. Now you can sit comfortably with your party in our coop, where we’ve distanced our tables accordingly. In compliance to the governors order of requiring a meal with the consumption of alcoholic beverages, we include a $1 slice of pizza for each tastee. So, come on in and enjoy the full winery tasting experience!
